Refreshing the published report

made the report ( sourcing data from my local c drive  excel)

published it to my BI workspace.

I can see it nicely there.

changed the data but that was not reflected in the report until I did a refresh in BI

that refresh did not update the workspace.

Yes, that's right. You would need a pro license to set up scheuled refresh.

You would need to set up scheduled refresh for your report.

Do you know why it may be greyed? is this cos I don't have a pro license?
