Refreshing report resulted in credentials error

When refreshing I am running into 'We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again.'.

Nothing has changed with mine, or my organisations credentials. I am still able to use the same credentials to connect to all other reports.

If I try to go in through organisational account instead of windows then I get the error 'DataSource.Error: The downloaded data is HTML, which isn't the expected type. The URL may be wrong or you might not have provided the right credentials to the server.'

The link to the data has not changed and was working previously, but for some reason has now broken despite nothing changing.

Any help would be great thankyou.

Hi @JordanJackson,

It should help if you share some more detail information about your scenario, they can help us clarify and troubleshoot on this.

For example: dataset or dataflow, data source type, connection mode, mixed in composite model, etc...
