'Refresh visuals' icon doesn't work for a colleague

Hi all,

A colleague shared her screen with me and she showed me what she's doing to refresh data:

- she clicked on the 'refresh visuals' icon in the top-right corner; nothing;

- she then clicked on tab 'reload', and still nothing;

The Data Updated displayed at the top of the screen was still several refreshes ago.

The way she solved it was by closing and re-opening the tab itself.

Still, this shouldn't happen, should it?

@AliceW , I am assuming you taking of power bi service. If so, clear the cache and try again.
