Hi all,
i have connected power bi with sql server and import approximately 10 tables. One of these tables have approximately 2 milion records and change only once a month. So it makes no sense to load these 2 milion rows every day 🙂
Is there a way to load this tables once a month and the rest of the tables every day? I have no premium. Incremental reresh wouldnt work than i think.
Thanks for ideas.
Hi Helper I,
is it may possible to create via SQL or Power Query M an own dataset for this one table? Or load it from a different datawarehouse so it could be loaded in a different scheduled refresh (for example once a week via refresh plan in service).
Does Power BI Premium offers a solution for this case?
Best regards.
Hello,
is it may possible the deactivate the loading process for one of these tables completely? So I could stop to import 2 milion rows every day in the dataset and would do it manuell if it is necessary.
maybe via power query?
thanks
Hi, @Pikachu-Power ;
As far as I know, this is not support. Scheduled flushes are set to flushes an entire dataset. The 10 tables belong to one data set, so different refresh plans cannot be set separately.
