Refresh on demand

Hello all

I have a Report with several filters. When the report is published and shared with the users, almost every user uses different filter-options. So far, as soon as the user changes any filter, the whole report refreshes. Even if the user changes multiple filters, with every change the report refreshes.
Is it possible that the user can change all filters as he wishes to, and then he has to click the refresh button to show the updated data?
