Hi everyone, I have created my report in PowerBI using BOX to storage the source files, and I can Update my report with no problem.
the issue is when somebody else (with access to BOX) wants to refresh the data, it shows an error saying that the file is no in the folder.
the reason for this error is the the root of the file in looking into my sync folder
C:\\username\BOX\PowerBI
my question is how can I fix this, so anyone with access to BOX can refresh the data?
Thanks!!

Thanks @v-shex-msft
so far the solution is to go into power query and change the data file location depending on the user BOX link.
not the best solution, specially if you have many files linked in to PowerBI, but it works.....

HI @Anonymous ,
Can you confirm they have enough permission to access and operate your folder files? How did you share the report to others? Please provide more detail informations to help us clarify your scenario.

Hi @v-shex-msft
Yes, team members have full access to the folder where the sources of data are storage (write & read)
since we don’t have the license yet, we are sending the file's box link to final users.
The report has about 100 queries in 26 tabs, most of the source data is in excel files and a few images.
I hope this helps to help me, if you need more info, please let me know
Hi @Anonymous ,
How did you share your report to other users?
AFAIK, power bi not cache data credentials into pbix file. So if you direct share pbix file to other users, it not works due to invalid data credentials.
