If I have a dataset that is using as information source a website, and that information changes (i.e. weather forecast), can I refresh my report so that I can show the updated information? how can I do that?

You can refresh your web data source. You can use the on-demand refresh or configure the schedule refresh.
Please refer Configure scheduled refresh.
