Referencing a List from a Different Table in a Column

Hi!

I am trying to create a column that returns logic based on a list from another table.

For example, this is the "Master List":
 master sheet.PNG

I have 2 seperate tables of addresses:

TABLE1

company address1.PNG

TABLE2

company address2.PNG

I want for the column to return results based on the following logic:

  • If Client Address = listed in the company addresses1, "From Company"
  • IF resolver Address =listed in the company addresses1, "To Company"
  • Else, "undetermined"

Here is an example result.

Any help appreciated!

Re: Referencing a List from a Different Table in a Column

Hi @mk720x

Direction =
SWITCH (
    TRUE (),
    MasterTable[Client Address] IN DISTINCT ( Table1[Company addresses 1] ), "From Company",
    MasterTable[Resover Address] IN DISTINCT ( Table2[Company addresses 2] ), "To Company",
    "undetermined"
)
