Hello
I have been asked to present a real estate portfolio visual which shows total cumulative sqr ft per year according to lease expiry.
I have building, sqr ft and the lease exiry
Building A - 100sqft - Expire 2020
Building B - 200sqft - Expire 2022
Building C - 300sqft - Expire 2024
So 2019 = 600sq ft, 2020 = 500sq ft, 2021 = 500 sq ft, 2022 = 300sq ft etc
Please can you assist as I've no idea how to sum if within the lease
Thanks

This should work. It works with the limited data that you provided. I made the table with both versions just in case:
The measure that I created is the following:
Answer = VAR selYear = SELECTEDVALUE(Table2[Expire Year]) RETURN CALCULATE( SUM(Table2[sqft num]), ALL(table2), Table2[Expire Year] > selYear )
You can see the result below the years I retrieved from the Expire Year column:
In the table, is the square footage listed as 100sqft or just the number 100?
