Reade First record from the Matrix(Table) and use it in a lookupvalue

I am using this LOOKUPVALUE to resolve a column, just I am selecting a row from a Matrix and everythig is working as the logic but, I am having some problems to resolve the first record that has being showing 

Do I need is to setup the LOOKUPVALUE to read the first record from the Matrix and show the value for that first record in the CARD

Can somebody advice me about how to setup the LOOKUPVALUE TO read the first record from the matrix?

Can you share a dummy sample, please? Actually, there isn't a row number in the Matrix measure. We need to identify it from the data source.
