Re-repaired into 30 days

Dear all,

I have a table and I would like to mark in a column RFR30 all serial number that was repaired 30 days from current fix date:

Fail Date         | Serial Number | RFR30

01-Nov-2018            1                   1 (on 10-oct-2018 this serial number was also repaired)

01-Nov-2018            2                

10-Oct-2018             1                 

01-Sept-2018            3                 

Someone know how to do that?

Do you just want to count the number of instances.? in That case you can use this calculated column

RFR30 =
CALCULATE (
    COUNTROWS ( Table1_2 ),
    FILTER (
        Table1_2,
        [Serial Number] = EARLIER ( [Serial Number] )
            && [Fail Date] < EARLIER ( [Fail Date] )
            && [Fail Date]
                > ( EARLIER ( [Fail Date] ) - 30 )
    )
)
