Solved: Raw data file unable to add new field name

Hi All

Some time back i have search forum , and i notice that in the past PBI have one major issue , that is for example the CSV file now have 3 field name , and latest due to user request , and the raw data file need add one field name like SEGMENT , the developer need to redo all the loading step start from zero . may i know this issue it is solve ?

Can some one share with me.
