Ratio Line from analytics pane looks like providing a wrong result

Hi

The ratio line is defined as sum(y)/sum(x) in scatter charts, that means, if I am not wrong, that the ratio line should always have some points above the line and other point below it (unless all the points were in the ratio line) but when i apply it to my scatter chart is displaying a value that makes no sense.

Could you please help me to understand how it is calculating it?

here is the chart, there are only a couple of filters that are applied to the whole report. As you can see the ratio shown makes no sense with the scatter points displayed.

Thank you

Best regards

Hi, @Anonymous

Your y-axis displays between 0 and 2, and the x-axis displays between several thousand, so the result of dividing the two should be no problem.

Can you share some sample data and your desired result? So we can help you soon.

If it doesn’t solve your problem, please feel free to ask me.

Best Regards

Janey Guo
