Please try to update the formula of your measure [RANG] as below and check whether you can get the correct rank values. The part with red font is updated one...
RANG = RANKX(ALLSELECTED('Fakten1'),[Umsatz])

If the above one can't help you get the correct result, please share the calculation logic of rank, the formula of the measure [Umsatz] and some sample data in Fakten1 and DIM_Kuden tables. Please also provide the related relationship info if it exist any one between these two tables. Thank you.

@Anonymous , if you created a rank on the table and there is a column from another table in the visual, it might not be right.
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
