Ranking

I've created a Top items and need a rank based on Times Ordered, Ship Qty and Sales. My fields are pre-loaded from our database.

Headers..........Report des

Category 2-Item-Itm Descr-UOM-Times Ordered-Ship Qty-Sales $

Would like to remove the last three and have..........

Order Rank-Ship Rank-Sales Rank

I've played around RANKX and not getting it correct. When it asks for a table, I would like to refer to the matrix/table I added to the sheet, not the pre-loaded fields(tables).  I'm a very new PB user.

Thanks!

I determined later that the tables uploaded were Read only with limitations. As a test, I loaded an Excel file and was able to go to the Data view, add the columns and insert the RANKX formula and worked perfectly. Smiley Wink

Thank you for the help!
