I am facing one problem and need a resolution for the same.
I have created a Rank calculated column
Rank= rankx(all(employee),sum(value),,,dense)
I needs the ranks as per the expected rank column. Can you please help me on this on proirity

E1 | 200 | 1 | 1 |
E2 | 200 | 1 | 2 |
E3 | 200 | 1 | 3 |
E4 | 200 | 1 | 4 |
E5 | 100 | 2 | 5 |

E8 | 20 | 4 | 8 |

According to your description, using the RANKX function on the desktop may not be achieve such a ranking. You can try to operate in Power Query, I did the following test, first sort the columns, according to the sorted table, create an index as the Expected_Rank column.You can refer to the screenshot below:
