Rank within a group

I am totally lost...

 

I want to compare the most recent date with the second date within a group, but nothing works...
Please help, this is my data, and the rank is my goal:

Measure = 
VAR _code = MAX(tbl[Code])
RETURN RANKX(FILTER(ALLSELECTED(tbl),tbl[Code]=_code),[_date],,ASC)
