Rank Column by Sub Category as Measure

Hi ALL,

 

I need DAX to rank the Category  and Sub Category  as the measure, as seem in the below screen shot I have created the which is not giving me the correct result i need a measure to rank my Sub Category based of the Category, I need a measure not column, Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Create a measure

Measure = RANKX(ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[category]),CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[my value])),,DESC,Dense)
