Want to filter R17NH* to R50NH* and also NH string is different like R17NH ,R17FK, R17TK, R17CK in this all strings should in the R17NH* to R50NH*.
How to use in betwwen filter for the String .

You may create a measure with SEARCH Function and use it in visual level filter as below:
Count = COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( Table2, SEARCH ( "NH", Table2[String], 1, 0 ) > 0 ) )

you can add another column
newColumn=mid(yourcolumn,2,2)
then sort by this new column

A bit difficult to understand your question.
Do you actually want all texts where the first three characters are R17?
In this case you can use the left function to achive that.
e.g. LEFT(Table[Batch], 3) = "R17"
