Random characters when reading in PDF

Hi,

I noticed a weird behaviour of the PDF Connector for certain PDF files. In my case it is an spanish one (unfortuantely I cannot show the file). Certain subheadings are read in inconsistently. For example, I have one heading called "DESPOSITOS" (in all caps). Sometimes it will read in ")ESPOSITOS" or "(ESPOSITOS".

Did anybody else experience this behaviour and has an idea how to fix it? Might be the files encoding?
