RanKx issue

Hello Everyone , 

This is regarding the Rankx Function , I have a table which contains data of multiple property i make a measure which gives me rank as per quantity. till the time RLS (Row Level Security) not applied its showing rank the way i want but when RLS applied it shows rank 1 for all the items.

below are the formulas which i am currently using :

Rank Quantity = IF(HASONEVALUE(Items[Item Name]), RANKX(ALLSELECTED(Items[Item Name]),[Item Sold]))

I also am seeing this same issue. Has anyone encountered a solution to this problem?
