Hi,
I have a unique requirement for one of my clients. Basically, we are using a dashboard to capture all the incoming tickets. These tickets are currently displayed as a matrix in the dashboard. The requirement now is to see if we can introduce actions for each row of the matrix. For example let the user close a ticket on button click or select a set of rows and then perform some actions on the same.
Is there any way to achieve this functionality?
Can this be achieved by any integration options such as POWERAPPs? Any help on this or references will be of great help.

Hi @Jagan_MFilterIT ,
First, you can create a matrix kind of Visual with checkbox in PowerApps. Here is an example:
Create Grid View In PowerApps Using Blank Gallery Control - Part One (c-sharpcorner.com).
Then based on my test, PowerApps can connect to on-premise MySQL database, but not to MYSQL DB on AWS. You may try to create a custom connector.

In addition, I am not an expert in PowerApps. If you want professional guidance, please post on Power Apps Community - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com).

Hi @Jagan_MFilterIT ,
To my knowledge, row level action for Matrix Visualization is not supported.
But you can try to use Power Apps to check if it could meet your requirements.
For example, you can use Remove and RemoveIf functions to remove a specific record or records from a data source.
And if you want to recover the deleted ones, you can refer to this video:
