Having an issue with my RLS. I have the functionality working on desktop, but after publishing users are seeing blank data.
The role is defined as
IF (
USERPRINCIPALNAME() IN VALUES
( 'RLS Users'[Email] ), [Map.Manager2]
IN SELECTCOLUMNS (
FILTER ( 'RLS Users', 'RLS Users'[Email] =
USERPRINCIPALNAME() ), "Mgrs",
'RLS Users'[Manager] ),
[Map.Manager2] IN
VALUES ( SalesFact[Map.Manager2]))
RLS USers table structure
Manager | |
Mgr1 | Mgr1@email.com |
Mgr1 | svp1@email.com |
I have tried re-publishing and no luck. Wondering if anyone else had the same issue?

Thanks @Gabriel_Walkman @TomMartens
I had looked at those upn formats to rule out that issue.
I just republished over the weekend again and it started working. Thanks for providing the suggestions.
When you start writing the user email in the service either to the RLS or workspace access, it should give a popup suggestion. In what format is the user email displayed in the popup?
You might need to use a weird format, ie.
name@clientorg.com
could become
name_clientorg.com#EXT#@yourorgcom0.onmicrosoft.com
or
live#name@clientorg.com
You would then have to use this peculiar format in your RLS Users table.
There's plenty of topics of this problem in the community, search for something like "external user principalname".
Thanks @Gabriel_Walkman @TomMartens

Hey @Pbi07 ,
I'm wondering if the user are accessing the content (Report) from inside
Regards,
Tom
@Pbi07 did you added the users to the RLS role in the service, if not then they will not see it. check this link
