RLS or else (data limitation) for two different email addresses

Hello PBI community.

In my organisation i have users wirh @organisation1.com and @organisation2.com.

I do know how to use RLS but this will not work for users with @organisation2.com since they will be considered as external users.

Does someone has any clue about how to to limit data access to for thoses two organisation?

(without having to duplicate my PBI desktop / erase data / share to separeta organisation)

Are they independent domains. If yes, you could reference this post: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/PowerBI-Dashboard-sharing-across-multiple-domains/idi-p/1788.... It seems it's hard to do it by now. 

If the two domains are registered in the same tenant, sharing is possible. And the RLS might be applied too. Could you kindly share with us if you try? Reference: powerbi-service-share-unshare-dashboard and One-organization-with-two-domains.
