Hi Tvukeya,

Going to the data table choose the column that your are getting the Total Receipting amount from and click to format the column with a comma ",":

When you are in the actual visualization options under the paint brush make the display as "None" so it resolves as the format you chose with the comma.

I hope this helps! Good luck,

Hi @tvukeya,

Based on your description, you want to format your number to be South African rand format, in this case,  you can click your column in the Fields panel of the following screenshot, then click on Modeling in the Desktop ribbon and change the format to Currency>R Afrikaans(South Africa).

Also ensure that you change “Display units” to None as other post.

@v-yuezhe-msft @cosborn1231Thanks for the solutions provided, but the only problem i have now is that the Modelling Menu Bar is all greyed out, Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

Hi @tvukeya,

Please firstly click your column or measure in the Field Panel as follows, then go to Modeling tab to change its format.
