RAG Indicators

We are building a report to show progress of document reviews by project.  Each project can have a variety of documents and each document will go through any number of reviews, each review counting the number of Major/Minor/Advisory issues.  What we'd like to show is a trend against each review, up/down/unchanged against the previous review, I just can't figure out the how or what to code.

There are 2 tables, Projects and Reviews

Projects is a  simple table, Project ID, Name, Owner, Start Date and Finish Date

Reviews has more detail, Project ID, Document Name, Review Cycle(whole number), Major/Minor/Advisory issue total (whole number).  Ideally as the review cycle increases the numbers of issues should decrease, but could increase, e.g. if a Major becomes a Minor or Advisory.

The trend I'm happy to be guided on, be it conditional formatting, up/down/horizontal arrows, whatever works best.

Hi @v-luwang-msft

Something like the following, it doesn't matter whether smileys/Arrows or RAG colours, to indicate increase/decrease/no change.  On the first reviewthere will be no previous to compare against so I set to horizontal smiley/arrow.  Not sure how to indicate initial review or no change in RAG colours, possibly take the previous RAG.
