Questions about Growth rate chart

I'm using the bar chart to show growth from one period to another, but it only appears with this function while i'm editing the dashboard.

Here it is in the app.

Here it is on the website.

How can i make it appear on the site?

Another question this same chart, i'cant using option this show values in %.

Judging from your screenshots, it seems that you are not using the bar graph that comes with powerbi.

What kind of custom bar chart are you using?
