Question with measures

hi all

i know is a rookie question but i am not able to do it

i want a measure to know how many items of one value i have

the cell of the excel file is named overall satisfaction, and it have neutral and not satisfied.

How can i have a measure to have the number of not satisfied?

count not satisfied = CALCULATE(COUNT('Analisys sheet'[Overall Satisfaction])) , i am not sure what filter should I use

the excel file name is analysis sheet

CountNotSatisfied =
CALCULATE (
COUNT('Analisys sheet'[Overall Satisfaction]),
'Analisys sheet'[Overall Satisfaction] = "not satisfied")

If you want to do it in a single measure:
COUNTROWS(
                      FILTER(
                                 Table,
                                 Table[Satisfaction] = "not satisfied"
                                )
)

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm assuming that when you are refering to  neutral and not satisfied and not satisfied is values in a column of your spreadsheet correct?

The easier way is to just place the column on your visualization, select the aggregation count and then filter to the values Not  Satisfied.

If you want to use a measure your calculation should be something similar to this:

count not satisfied = CALCULATE(COUNT('Analisys sheet'[Overall Satisfaction]); 'Analisys sheet'[Overall Satisfaction] = "Not Satisfied")

Hello!
I would just use COUNT('Analisys sheet'[Overall Satisfaction])+0 and then when you use the measure in a visual put up a filter on it to only count not satisfied.
The +0 is to never show blank() in the report.
