Query in Line and clustered column chart

Query: I want to show the above schematic (custom graph) in PowerBI. I wanted to show percentage achieved as well as the target value as a line graph (both of them have different scales: one is percentage  (value in yellow) and the other is absolute number (value in red). Moreover, I wanted to show the Value (sales) as the column graph with weeks as the x-axis. I tried doing the same in POWER BI Desktop, but was able to accomodate one line and one column inside the graph (line and clustered column graph). The requirement is attached and was made in MS Excel, the same is required to be done in PowerBI.

Please help.
