In query editor.
I select one column > right click > replace. WOrks fine.
When i select more than ~12 columns > right click > THere is no replace.
WHY in the world does this functionality dissappear when you select more than ten columns? How is this intuitive in any way? Are the devs trying to frustrate me?

I do not have this problem.
Which Power BI Desktop version do you use? Store or installer? The store version is sometimes strange.
