Query Not updating dataset (only 1 file selected from 36 file PC sync folder)

Hi,

I have a set of 36 files in my PC sunc folder. It takes 40 minutes to Refresh All & I will be updating only one file going forward.

I copied the upload and data processing query of this 36 file & sorted the file list by date change & used "Keep Rows" option to select only one latest modified excel file only for processing. All this sequencing done under copied queries applied steps.

All other queries are unchecked for "Include in report refresh" .

I tried "Close & Apply" & "Refresh All" . The query shown progress, but the data is not changing to the one that I have modified.

Any idea, what is that I am not doing right here ?

Hi Chandan,

"

I tried "Close & Apply" & "Refresh All" . The query shown progress, but the data is not changing to the one that I have modified.

"

<---Could you share some screenshots and clarify more details about the steps you have done? For example, where did you "uncheck for "Include in report refresh" ".

Regards,

Jimmy Tao
