Quarterly Results Comparison

Power BI Community,

I am attempting to use a Line and Cluster Column Chart to show the number of purchase orders (POs) issued each quarter during 2018.  I am having trouble creating the line showing the percentage increase or decrease quarter over quarter in the number of POs issued.

What do I need to do to create the quarter over quarter comparison?
