Qlikview to Power BI chart help

Should I be making new columns in the dataset in Power BI before creating my report?

I have 1 excel spreadsheet I will attach. I need a line and stacked bar chart that shows # of requests, by t-shirt size and year (It would be a count of the field "Number").

I need one of the lines to show me "Total Completed" for detailed status column = Completed & Delivered.

I need another line to show me "Total Requests".

I don't think I am getting what I need.

Hi js121,

"I need one of the lines to show me "Total Completed" for detailed status column = Completed & Delivered.

I need another line to show me "Total Requests"."

<--- Can you clarify your logic of how to achieve Total Completed and Total Requests? If possible, could you share some sample data?

Regards,

Jimmy Tao

Hi Jimmy,

I would love to upload my spreadsheet but I am not seeing how. Can you provide instruction?

What I need in my bar chart is by year a count of requests (it's a count of the request number) by tshirt size. In the line I need to know by a total for number of requests by year, and then another line that shows number of requests completed by year. The completed would be a detailed status = Completed & Delivered.

Hi js121 ,

Could you share your sample file through cloun storage such as onedrive or dropbox?

Regards,

Jimmy Tao

Jimmy,

I am not allowed to use dropbox on our network & onedrive is setup on the company's sharepoint site. Can I email you the data?

I'm sorry I did print screens, how do I attach my spreadsheet?

Either copy and paste or use the Attachments area or post a link to a cloud file drive.
