Putting different names in relation to each other

I have a table where it is documented when a certain process was started and ended.
Column 1 with date, column 2 with start or end.

If I now want the sum of how often a start and an end has taken place, it looks like this.

 startend
Process1_Start2
Process1_End 2
Process2_Start1
Process2_End 1

The goal should be that it looks like this

 startend
Process122
Process211

If I create a separate table with the names of the processes and try to create a relationship with the raw data, this unfortunately does not work.

What could be a solution here?

Thank you all!

@Rene83A1 , In power query split this column into multiple columns and then combine number and process column again

Use split into columns , not rows

Power Query Split Column , Split Column By Delimiter: https://youtu.be/FyO9Vmhcfag
