Hi there
I hope someone can help me
I published a report which has a drill through from a summary page to a backdata tab which shows the granular data. There is a filter preset to a certain category on the backdata tab. The desktop version works and show the correct info with this filter. However when you view the published version the filter isnt working as it should and is showing the wrong information
Has this happened to anyone else before?
I've deleted the published version and republished and it still doesnt work corectly with that filter
Any help would be really appreciated
Kind regards
Karen
Hi @KarenFingerhut,
It depends on what the filter it is. There are some reasons about the problem.
1.The Desktop and The Service may use the different date, it means they handle the parsing of date differently, it may cause the filter, the measure or the column mistake.
2.When the pbix file is published, the same filters translate to a different way, like -1/0 & True/False.
3.You can try to pin the visual to the dashboard.
Hope this helps you, if you can provide more details, please tell me and then find out the solutions.

HI there
Just following on from my previous reply but with some further information.
When I publish the file to my workspace it works as it should. However it doesn't work when its published to our Premium workspace
Any help / advice would be really appreciated
Thank you
Karen
Hi there
Thanks so much for replying 🙂
The first screenshot below is the slicer available to the users
With nothing selected the following records look like this, which is correct
However when I slice (see above) on the word 'Call' the table then shows incorrect information, see below. In fact its happening on others too. The figures completly change.
I'm completely baffled by it 😞
Any help would be really appreciated
Many thanks
Karen
