Publish to web not working for organization/shared workspaces, "this content isn't available"

Hi,

I am new to power BI and trying to publish a report to website using publish to web.

I found that if I save the report to my personal workspace and do the publish to web, the URL works fine. For example

https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiYTEzNjEyYTUtOTA0Ni00MmUxLWFhMGQtNTljODgxNWUzYWQ0IiwidCI6IjljM...

However, If I save the report to my organization/shared workspaces (even one workspae only has myself as user) and do the publish to web, the URL failed with "this content isn't available". For example

https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiY2RjMzdjZmMtNzE0Ni00MGVmLTg0YTMtYmE0NDRhMDM5NWI2IiwidCI6IjljM...

See photo, my personal workspace = My workspace; organization/shared workspaces = testgroup or pt.

I am using pro trial license.

Could someone please kindly explain cause of the issue? Or advise how to do publish to web from organization/shared workspaces.

Hi @Anonymous ,

The cause may be your Power BI Pro Trial license. In office 365 Portal , it will display as Power BI Free only.
