Publish Report update content pack issue.

Hi All,

I was expericencing problems with report publish from PBI desktop to Service which seems to have been resolved when I retried this morning. However, I am still having issues where the related content pack isn't updating.

I have published and edited the content pack and selected the option to update (like I do all the time)

the content pack is not completely updating for some users.

The report pages are the new correct ones but the dataset is missing the fields.

Any ideas.

Thanks for the reply, it does appear that there is a caching issue going on.

several users were reporting yesterday that on certain report pages some filters were stuck on and were not updating based on slicers. all very bizarre. Simply login as a different user with the same content pack, apply the same filter selections and eveything was showing as expected....

I ended up binning off the content pack altogether and publishing as an app instead which worked.

Happy that it seems to be bahaving at the moment albeit a little concerned that it might happen again.

@Dog

I haven't reproduced your issue. The content pack works properly on my shared user side after I edit it. Can you try to unselect, reselect items and update the content pack again to see if it works?
