In the Sample Activity tab there is a table showing percentage allocations per employee per department (GL code). These need to be applied to the amounts in the labour forecast table. For example - See how Gord Gorvus's (not a real person, or name for that matter) salary is 65,000, and in the activity table half of his wage gets Allocated to Indirect Labour - Renovations, and the other half gets allocated to Direct Labour - Install.
Assuming that Gord Gorvus is the only employee, the Pivot tab should show only amounts for the two beforementioned accounts.
Many thanks in advance
