Production & Defects % Pareto from Column to Rows

HELP!

how can i convert below columns to ROWs?

tried unpivot but Production can only be 1 record per day. its also duplicating. also how to calculate % of each defect based on that specific date production?

i also need pareto of each defect.

defect % trend.

seems hard when i have records in columns.

this is just an example. actual data span over 30 columns with specific defects.

further details, there are 5 departments and each having 4-5 different defects. All in separate columns?

Yes, unpivot should work. In addtion, does the column DEF% is an exist column or just a custom column which should be added after unpivot operation? How about the "pareto "? Could you share the expected table structure?
