Problems to load my App in other Country

Hi,

I need your input in order to clarify some problems and/or questions from my PBI Mobil, I did build an App, just I am in USA, recently my boss traveled to Hong Kong and once he was there then he tried to use the App but, nothing happened, it was keeping loding but nothing was showed in the phone, he has a Iphone, last version, well can you guys tell me if the app, running in the web work in any region and country? also can you tell me about the basic requeriments needed ti run it.

Note, my boss didn't tried to run the program in USA, he tried to use it till he was in Hong Kong

HI @Rigolleto ,

Where are your report datasource host? Have you test to connect that datasource from Hong Kong?
I think these should more related to networks reasons, you can enable proxy and try again.
