Problem with converting a matrix into line chart with dates and percentages

Hi new PowerBI user here,

So right now I've successfully calculated out the data I need to visualize in powerBI properly. However when I try to convert the matrix to line chart, it just shows up as blank. Any idea why this problem is occurring? I suspect it is due to the date format or line charts having problems with visualizing percentages.

@Anonymous , do not use the format function. IN the measure tool you can give format

or under model you have properties there you can give format. that will keep it has a number and you can use in a line visual
