Problem with accumulated calculation

Hi, I'm having trouble with a cumulative calculation.

The accumulated is done well except in the data that are repeated and in these cases the accumulated does not vary

The code is:

Q pickeo % acumulado = CALCULATE (

SUM('GEN - Q Pickeo por Ubic M-1'[Q pickeo %]),

FILTER: 'GEN - Q Pickeo by Ubiquitous M-1',

'GEN - Q Pickeo por Ubic M-1'[Q pickeo %] >= EARLIER('GEN - Q Pickeo por Ubic M-1'[Q pickeo %])))

When the value "100" is repeated, the accumulated one stops adding
