You can use an IF statement.
TH Total Unit Margin = IF ( SUM ( 'BI Analysis'[Qtty] ) = 0, BLANK (), CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'BI Analysis'[Amount] ) / SUM ( 'BI Analysis'[Qtty] ), YEAR ( 'BI Analysis'[DATE RECORD] ) > 2017, 'Type of Data'[TYPE] = "Result" ) )
