Hi
I am having trouble with showing QTD. I created a time-intelligence measure, but only works if the visualization has a date column, but the total appears blank and if I add a Card, it also shows blank, don't know what I'm doing wrong, please help.
I have a table data and a separate calendar table with all days from Jan 1st 2020 till Dec 31st 2022, this is my data:
My measure is:
TotQTD = TOTALQTD([TotalSales],'Calendar'[Date])
where TotalSales is just the sum of amunt in my data table
Hi , @cpdanielmc21
If you must display the total value with the field "date" in Table "calendar", It is recommended to modify the date table as follows:
Calendar = CALENDAR(DATE(2020,01,01),CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[Date])))
In additon ,you also can insert a record on "Dec 31st 2022" at the end of your data table.

Hi @v-easonf-msft thanks,
In fact, I don't want the Date info on the table nor the card, the issue is that if I take out the date from the table, then Quarter to date numbers don't appear.
Furthermore, the card keeps showing "blank"
This is becuase there are no active filters over your card visual. Refer to the below image, the filter pane is applyting filters on the Card.
Hi,
I assume you have created relationship between the sales & calendar table.
Appreciate a Kudos! 🙂
If this helps and resolves the issue, please mark it as a Solution! 🙂
