Problem when trying to show a graphic with R

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to use the R feature to forecast the demand of some products, I installed all the necessary packages but when i run the code I get this message.

Error Message:
Error del script R.
Loading required package: scales
Loading required package: forecast
Loading required package: zoo

Attaching package: 'zoo'

The following objects are masked from 'package:base':

as.Date, as.Date.numeric

Error in plot.forecast(prediction, lwd = pointCex, col = alpha(pointsCol, :
could not find function "plot.forecast"
Execution halted

I wonder if there is a way to solve it.
Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you have libraried all of the packages? And could you have tried to run in R script to see if it could run in R?
