Problem in the certification chain

Good morning, I have a problem with the certification chain when trying to connect to my office servidior remotely, I tried disabling Encrypt connections, but it didn't work for me.

Thank you for your help

What is the "office servidior"?

Please tell us the data source type and authentication type needed.
