Hi @melissa-ami ,

Try to remove any unnecessary column in Edit Queries before importing in the data model. While Power BI support 2bn rows and 16,000 columns, it can be limited by the machine performance. From a memory consumption perspective it is better to add columns in the report developer using the add new measure/column function for optimized performance.
Try to allocate more memory in the Data Load tab. From Power BI dashboard, open Option > Data Load. Now increase the maximum allowed memory.

If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.

Winniz

Hello,
Thank you so much for your help, in fact increasing the max value has solved the memory problem, the data and reports are updated correctly.

Best Regards,
Melissa
