% Price change by Supplier

I'm new to Power BI. I'm trying to analyze a price variation that each provider has throughout the series. Therefore, I need to take reference of the current price (last record) of the supplier and compare it with the previous one, as well throughout the series.

I upload a photo of my data in case it is useful. The reference price is the column "C/IVA", and "Quantity" is the column of liters refueled.
