Is incremental upgrade available for premium accounts per user?

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

Premium Per User (PPU) includes all Power BI Pro license capabilities.

Incremental refresh is now available for Power BI Pro, Premium, and shared subscriptions and datasets.

So Premium Per User could use incremental refresh normally, please refer:

are talking about migrating user one by one or incremental ETL. As far as I know, the premium user will able to share with other premium users
