Need help to resolve the pre-login handshaking error.

Hi @AamirShah_23 ,

You may try to connect the SQL SERVER database using IP address instead of putting server name into the box of Server Name .

In addition, enable necessary protocols (TCP/Named Pipes) in SQL Server Configuration Manager.
